Carole began her real estate career in 1987. In 1993, Spaulding Company was established to manage the sales and marketing of Spaulding Farm. She was the Sales Manager of Spaulding Farm from 1990 until lot sales were completed in 1997.
In 1998, Carole became President, Partner, and Broker-in-Charge of Spaulding Company. Spaulding Company evolved from an agency that originally marketed home sites and new homes to a full-service real estate company. In March 2009, Spaulding Company merged with C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS, and she became team leader of Spaulding Group at C. Dan Joyner.
Some of Carole's areas of expertise include representing buyers and sellers, working with developers on new subdivisions, and new home sales. Over the past 33 years, my real estate career has included being the sales manager for some of Greenville’s finest subdivisions including: Spaulding Farm, Stonebrook Farm, Cobblestone, KingsBridge, Hammett’s Glen, The Glens at Roper, The Oaks at Roper Mountain, Southampton, and Greywood at Hammett.
Carole has lived in Greenville for 46 years and absolutely loves where she lives. With 33 years of experience in residential sales, she is still enthusiastic about each aspect of her business. Being team leader of one of the best teams in the state and region is truly an honor. Carole enjoys helping others call Greenville “home” and discover all their city has to offer.
