Carole was great to work with. This was our 8th move and we have worked with many real estate agents over the years. Sometimes in the past, we didn't agree with the valuations of our properties, the process was slow, and real estate fees were high, but things were different with Carole. Carole listed the house for more than we thought possible to get, and even got us more than listing price! Carole got us a buyer on the second day the house was listed, and her fee was much less than we have ever paid before. Carole is very knowledgeable about the market and won't promise what she cannot deliver. And, she has a great, easy-going personality, and was very honest in her dealings with us.
