Carole Marvel

Carole has been a full time REALTOR since 2001 and have consistently maintained Top Producer status with closings of 35+ transactions per year. She earned her Associate Broker license early on in her career and have served as the Broker-in-Charge of a field office. In 2020 and 2021 Carole proudly earned the Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Circle Gold Award for being in the Top 2% Nationwide of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realtors.

Born and raised in Washington State, Carole moved to Alaska in the late ‘70s and have considered Alaska her home for the past 40+ years. She is a lucky mom of three wonderful “born-n-raised” Alaskans who are her pride and joy, and who thankfully continue to reside in this beautiful State.
As a retired State of Alaska employee, Carole has gained valuable experience in affordable housing programs, energy conservation programs and grant/contract writing which has enabled her to serve her clients well—from first time home buyers to the experienced investor.
