Carole was such great help within a day of talking to her she found houses that meet our needs.Their was one I wasnt sure about and debated looking at however she said it was a great find and was in the area we where looking for.Turns out she definitely knew what we where looking for it ended up being the perfect house and we put the offer in that night.Not to mention it was the only house that didnt make the baby cry.We have now been happily living in this house for 3mos.Thanks so much Carole your the best couldnt have asked for any better service.09/13/2012 - user8814249

She was extremely knowledgable about everything that we needed to get completed and it was a very smooth transaction. Carole helped my husband and I search for and buy our first home, which happened to be a short sale. As first time home buyers, the whole process seemed a bit overwhelming, but once we contacted Carole, she made it much easier. Carole was very professional and helpful. For three years Carole guided us through our search for our perfect home. She road with us patiently on the roller coaster of the changing economy and she never made us feel pressured to act no matter how many weekends she spent with us over the years looking at homes. She made our home wish list her wish list. She never let us compromise on something we would not like and she never let us get frustrated or drop any of the wish list items no matter how slim the chance felt of finding our perfect home. In fact, we felt the goal of finding our dream home at a steal was as important to her as it was to us. DILIGENT AND HARDWORKING- Carole will not stop until she finds just the HOME for you. Sometimes we would look hours upon end at homes during the dead heat of the summer, AND she was always willing and ready to look at just one more!! I was ready to give up at times but she wasnt!!
