I highly recommend Carolee - she helped me sell an inherited property and did an outstanding job of getting the property listed, staged, and sold in record time. The situation was extra complicated as I live across the country, but Carolee didn't hesitate to go above and beyond her job to help in any way she could - she arranged landscaping services in my absence and even assisted at the estate sale held at the property (at 7am on a Saturday!). Her responsiveness, expertise, and negotiation skills helped me get a nearly full price offer less than a day after the house went on the market. I found Carolee's name as it floated by a listing I was interested in buying. She was the BEST!!!! Within 2 meetings, she figured out excactly what I wanted and sent me listing weekly. She gave me listings 24 hours before they would hit on Zillow. She also changed her schedule to accommodate ours so we could see a listing on the same day it came on market. We ended up getting the next day! Very quick. Everything is done with on line signing so it is quick and efficient. She even helped me rent a place within a weekend! During the negotiation process, she is very knowledgeable and a great bargainer too! I highly recommend her!

We discovered Ms. Locklear on Zillow. Took a chance and wow did we get lucky. We looked at home from Reston to Ashburn and South Riding; new construction and existing, and within something like 30 days we found a great home. She knows the area like the back of her hand and negotiates like a well mannered pit bull. And no bull, she was terrific.

My wife and I met with Carolee for the first time while searching for our home in the Fall of 2013. We immediately noticed how attentive and focused she was to not only our needs, but the needs of our two little ones as we searched for perfect the community and area that we would call home for years to come. And so the adventure began! Throughout the process she was thorough, insightful, and receptive to all of our needs. In addition, she was very knowledgeable on the condition of homes, continually poking around the perimeter of each home we visited in search of signs of mold, the scent of mildew, and general poor construction of the homes foundation. To me, I found this to be super impressive as she was obviously well versed in not only the process of home buying, but also the red flags typically found when either poor construction or general maintenance has failed. She's definitely not a one trick pony! All that being said, it was a pleasure throughout the entire process working with Carolee. Her experience is evident, she is responsive, and her negotiating skills impressive. We would highly recommend her services!
