About Carolie

I have been real estate for many years. I started out in Oregon then moved to Washington. I am licensed in both states and love both sides of the river. I specialize in horse properties. I was raised on Montana ranches where my grandfather raised & trained horses and I continue the tradition on a smaller scale. I have 4 horses. Selling any property is an exciting challenge. I enjoy meeting new clients and many have remained my good friends to this day.
I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I am the coordinator for Re/Max and Share House, officer in Wash. Trail Riders, & belong to Back Country Horseman. I have a close family that I love more than life and enjoy hanging out with them. I have studied Photography & was a certified scuba diver. I love to read, go to plays, dance, ski and whatever comes up next. I am in the Double Diamond Club, The Executive Club, and have received several Outstanding Community Service Awards.
