Carolina was the most incredible realtor. She was very extensive in her research to make sure I was able to see every option that could be of interest to me, but also never wasted my time showing me places she knew I wouldn’t like. She was very responsive and communicative. She got to know my preferences really quickly and was willing to take more time so that I didn't settle with a place that didn’t meet my requirements. Once we placed an offer, she fought for me as a client, helping me get my dream place! Even after we signed, she was very thorough during the walk through and continued to follow up with me weeks later. She was always kind and respectful to my family & I, and everyone we interacted with. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, along with being very knowledgeable, respected, on top of things, and well connected in the space.

Carolina was wonderful to work with in renting my apartment. Though I currently live out of state she made the entire process smooth and stress free. Communication was always easy and prompt. In my absence she facilitated all the cleaning, touch ups, and repairs. And within less than a month of listing she had my apartment rented. I highly recommend her services not only because she is professional and knowledgeable but also because she really makes you feel cared for in a process that can be quite daunting.

Carolina was an excellent realtor! She understood my needs right away and was willing to adjust the search when those needs changed in the process. She was very professional in all of her communications, made sure I was well informed of all the different parts of buying a home (not just the ones that involved her directly), and guided me throughout the process. I was a first-time home buyer and felt well accompanied all the way through closing! She also not only helped me buy my investment property but also worked with me as a listing agent and found great tenants quickly! She also knows Miami really well (extra perk). I highly recommend her!
