Carolina Shamshoum

Carolina prides herself on being a second-generation San Diego native. Utilizing her skills in time management, organization, planning, and researching, accomplished with her Bachelors in English Literature from San Diego State University.

She started her career as an office assistant and marketing coordinator and has worked through various positions learning the intricacies of the real estate process. She is motivated through learning and taking challenges head-on. Carolina is known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong diligence, and ensuring a positive experience.

Prior to starting her career in real estate, Carolina enjoyed working within the restaurant industry for seven consecutive years building her customer service, and multi-tasking skills in a demanding environment. In her free time, Carolina can be found taking advantage of the California sunshine with her husband Mike, enjoying every aspect of living in America’s Finest City. She loves going to the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, hanging out with her soon-to-be husband, and going to dog parks with her Australian Shepard, Lola.
