Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, I grew up in a Real Estate family with my mom's side in brokering and my dad's side in construction. I was dedicated to being a Realtor from the age of 11 when I would be helping my mom pass out flyers. I was able to get my real estate license shortly after graduating from Granada Hills High School and went in full time after College.
In 2008 I had several family members effected by the Crash and it quickly shifted me into a Short Sale and Home Preservation/Foreclosure Prevention Specialist. After over a decade in foreclosure help, I was actively helping 600+ homeowners each year to keep their homes in Southern California from Bakersfield down to San Diego and everything in between!
Foreclosure prevention and doing tons of Short Sales gave me hardcore negotiating skills and I was able to implement the methods in obtaining the best offers for my Luxury Sellers as well as creating wonderful opportunities for my special Buyers!
