I’d like to thank and highly recommend Caroline! We spent a lot of time trying to find the right property without success until we got help from Caroline! Beyond just friendly, she was patient, knowledgeable, and did all the extra research to make sure we ended up in the best situation possible. Throughout negotiations she never tried to rush the sale and actually took the time to make sure this was the right place for us. She helped us get the property for below market value and also helped get us further discounts through negotiations. If there were more than 5 starts to give I definitely would. If you want an agent who’s priority is finding you what works for you this is definitely your agent! I’ve dealt with a lot of realtors throughout the years and it’s hard to find one who’s main goal isn’t just closing or settling but finding me what I need. Thanks Caroline and the whole team for going above and beyond even after closing!
