Working in high-end marketing for eight years, Caroline O'Shea brought her lifelong passion for real estate and luxury marketing to Caulfield Properties Team at Compass.
Caroline began her career at a public relations firm in New York City specializing in wine and gourmet food. She then moved to Perry Ellis International, where she quickly advanced to lead the marketing for their women's brands Rafaella, Laundry by Shelli Segal and C&C California.
Caroline was then approached by Sotheby's Auction House where she was selected to be the Marketing Manager for its Contemporary Art and Photographs departments. While there, Caroline focused on innovation and audience growth by spearheading 360 degree marketing campaigns for each auction, both live and online.
Caroline has overseen more than $300M in transactions throughout Boston and the South Shore since starting on Caulfield Properties Team in 2020. Caroline lived in Back Bay for several years and has helped her clients transition from the city to the suburbs. Now a resident of Hingham, Caroline has a strong understanding of the market in both Boston and the South Shore and is excited to help you with your next move!
