Caroline Peck Holt

Caroline was born and raised in Brookhaven in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended St. Pius X High School and went on to graduate from The University of Mississippi where she received her Bachelor of Arts in marketing communications and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Upon graduating from college, Caroline started her career as a designer with Floor and Decor, one of the largest retailers of hard surface flooring in the U.S. Within a short time, she became an associate buyer in the company's corporate office. After four and a half years with Floor and Decor, Caroline decided to venture into real estate. Caroline grew up with family in the industry. Her father, Pete Peck, is a broker who worked with Jenny Pruitt in the past. Her grandfather, Joe Dodd, was a homebuilder and developer in Atlanta for many years. Her grandmother, Louise Cousins Dodd, and great uncle, Thomas G. Cousins, were also in the real estate. Caroline comes from a background of design from her experience with Floor and Decor as well as her mother's interior design influence. Caroline is married to Alexander Holt, a commercial land sales specialist with Avalon Real Estate Partners, and they reside in Buckhead. Caroline enjoys horseback riding, exercising and spending time with her family and friends. Caroline is also a volunteer with North Buckhead Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
