Caroline Turpin

Caroline was born and raised in Greenville. Caroline graduated from the College of Charleston with an Honors College Degree, a bachelor’s in Psychology, and a bachelor’s in Religious Studies. While in college, she spent a brief three months studying abroad in Nottingham, England.

Upon her return to Greenville after graduation, Caroline was a nanny for two of Joan Herlong’s adorable granddaughters and gained an interest in real estate as she slowly took on increasing roles within Joan’s real estate company. She was fortunate to learn the business from the inside out, picking up tips, tricks, and business savvy from the top producers within the company, who are, not so coincidentally, also the top producers in the Greenville area.

Caroline has the advantage of multiple Greenville perspectives. She grew up on the Eastside and knows it like the back of her hand—call her if you are stuck in Pelham Road traffic, she can navigate the backroads like a pro. She has lived in Alta Vista, within walking distance of downtown, and has since relocated to the North Main area--coming to know and love multiple areas. Caroline plans to continue cultivating her knowledge of Greenville neighborhoods to help all her clients get the inside scoop on Greenville living.

On the weekends, you can find Caroline walking and running on the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail with her sweet German Shepherds, Mozie and Heidi, shopping at the Greenville and Travelers Rest farmers’ markets, and exploring new and old favorite restaurants--paying special attention to wine pairings.

In 2020, Caroline led Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in incoming referrals.
