Caroline’s approach to real estate is rooted in building lasting relationships. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Caroline holds a degree in Business Administration. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked as an International Conference Manager, organizing major global conferences across South America, Europe, and Indonesia for the world’s largest petroleum association.
Caroline is also deeply engaged in her community, proudly serving as an Ambassador for the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. She is married to Rex Woods and has two adult sons—one living in San Francisco and working for IBM, and the other attending the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Her younger son is also a product of the Leander Independent School District.
When she’s not serving clients or volunteering in the community, Caroline enjoys golfing, hiking, and snow skiing—activities that reflect her love of the outdoors.
