Carolyn Aiello

I have been licensed since 1981 and have been associated with ERA. I have managed offices for Prudential/Dunn Realtors, and Coldwell Banker in San Diego and Marin before I opened my own brokerage in 1987 with my husband in Santa Rosa. My experience includes residential, commercial and industrial sales and listings as well as property management. My consulting includes land use issues, land development, litigation support, economic and monetary market research and analysis. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I was a loan processor, loan underwriter and office manager handling FHA, VA, FNMA/FHLMC mortgages for 9 years.

My husband and I founded the Northwest Community Association in 1988 to assist in the development process of proposed projects in NWSR by conducting forums with the property owners and developers to provide better communication during the early planning process.

2009 Best of Business Award in Real Estate from the Small Business Commerce Association. Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizenship Award. Rotary Club Outstanding Achievement Leadership Award. My original poetry was selected to be published in The National Library of Poetry, Outstanding Poets of 1998 and The Ebbing Tide in 1996.
