Carolyn Aiello

I have been licensed since 1981. I have managed offices for Dunn Realtors in San Diego, and Coldwell Banker in before I opened my own brokerage in 1987 with my husband in Santa Rosa. My experience includes residential, commercial and industrial sales and listings as well as property management. My consulting includes land use issues, land development, litigation support, economic and monetary market research and analysis. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I was a loan processor, loan underwriter and office manager handling FHA, VA, FNMA/FHLMC mortgages for 9 years. My husband and I founded the Northwest Community Association in 1988 to assist in the development process of proposed projects in NWSR by conducting forums with the property owners and developers to provide better communication during the early planning process. Received the Best of Business Award in Real Estate from the Small Business Commerce Association 3 years in a row. Received Daughters of the American Revolution and Good Citizenship Award and Rotary Club Outstanding Achievement Leadership Award. My original poetry was selected to be published in The National Library of Poetry, Outstanding Poets of 1998 and The Ebbing Tide in 1996.
