Managing my father's home sale from another state was incredibly difficult, with a tight deadline to list it during prime pool season. Carolyn was a lifesaver. She made herself immediately available for a walkthrough and then made more than a half-dozen additional trips to check on contractors, yard work, and the pool. Her communication was always quick and effective. She not only sold the home for more than we expected, but she also helped get it across the finish line when the family was hours away. I couldn't have done it without her.

In a time with a lot of emotions and a demanding workload outside of this, we needed someone who owned everything with this and Carolyn understood the mission from the start and was precisely what we needed. Typically, before I put my house on the market, I would have interviewed at least 3 agents. However, when I met Carolyn, her warm, honest, and exuberant personality won me over hands-down. Initially, I was going to move from the western suburbs to the north shore. However my true dream was to move to Nashville, TN. Meeting Carolyn was completely by accident, as we were selling a painting and she came to pick it up. We mentioned we were downsizing and she said she was a realtor. We chose Carolyn to sell our two-story house when we were moving into a ranch. We had seen her name many times over the years and wanted someone with excellent knowledge of the local area. She didn’t disappoint. She came to our home on a Sunday evening and by the following Sunday we had multiple offers all at or above the asking price (which was well above what we expected to get for our home). I believe the Lord brought Carolyn to me. I LITERALLY googled the best real estate agents in Naperville. Her name came up. I emailed her. She called me back within minutes. I felt we got on from the moment we spoke--there was no awkwardness at any time. I am more than happy to recommend Carolyn Alzueta. Carolyn was beyond personal and professional. I truly felt I had not only an ally with Carolyn, but also a partner. I always felt a sense of her working on my behalf and there were NO missteps whatsoever. She was diligent in showing me properties when I was in the initial stages of the buying process, and listened when I shared my price and location needs. She adjusted in the moment and didn't try to manipulate me into a higher priced property in a community I didn't request. On a personal level, it was easy to build a relationship with her. This is also important: I am not too far from retirement age, and I'm an African American female. Given the state of race relations in the US, Carolyn never tried to make me feel outdated due to my age, or less than due to my race. This is an important call out. There are agents who make assumptions based on race and take you to communities that where they think you belong. None of this was an issue with Carolyn. I didn't smell a whiff of it because I genuinely felt she saw me as a person--not a check, not an opportunity, not a client. I could be direct and honest with her and that is the primary reason I would recommend her to my friends and associates. Carolyn was available, responsive, and exceeded my expectations. Two examples: she helped me with a drywall credit at closing--she truly fought for me, and another was a credit for a garage door. Carolyn is strong, professional, personable, relatable, and savvy. I'd work with her again if I had to buy another property. She has been a blessing to me, and the added house cleaning service and housewarming gift was a huge differentiator. Carolyn was amazing to work with. She made a supposedly stressful process fun and enjoyable. We went to a showing at 7pm on a weeknight and it was in a multiple offer situation so of course Carolyn worked late into the night to get our offer written and was up early the next morning to negotiate with the seller. We had multiple offers and sold the house above list price after just 3 days on the market. She knew exactly how to price the home, and gave us amazing tips on how to stage the house. Take advantage of her tips!! She really knows what's she talking about. If you take her advice, she can get you a solid sale price very quickly, so you don't have to deal with showings for long. Carolyn Alzueta is efficient and professional. Carolyn is like family to us now. I had purchased a condominium back in 1995. I had a different realtor back then. I was a first time buyer, so I had nothing to compare my realtor. In 2019 I was referred to Carolyn Alzueta by a reputable person. I looked up reviews and found nothing but great things about the work she does. Thank the lord above for her. Carolyn Alzueta sold my condominium in 8hrs. Then we put my wifes house for sale in 2019. This was a poorly designed old house. We had tons of walkthroughs with no offers. It was Carolyn Alzueta herself seeked out and found someone that adored the house. Our new house we purchased was a fight. The sellers where though. Carolyn fought for us though. She is a champion negotiator. Carolyn is by far the best realtor I have ever seen. I have experience to compare now and know she is one of the best at what she does. Last thing I want to say that I feel is extremely important as well is a good team. It take coordination of a team to make the selling and buying of a house to go smooth and to your satisfaction. Carolyn can recommend an awesome team that care and are good at what they do. I obviously highly recommend Carolyn Alzueta.

She was very helpful in my search for finding a place that fit all of my needs and also all of my wants also! * Communication: This was a big deal to us, we wanted a realtor who was always available and easy to communicate with. Carolyn made us feel like we were a priority at any given time, even after the sale she kept up communication with us. She is so patient with us, eased all of our anxiety. Day or night she is ready to negotiate with sellers agents or answer questions.

We really enjoyed Carolyn's upbeat and positive attitude, buying a home can be really stressful and she was always fun to be around and talk to. She made the entire experience fun and celebrated every home buying milestone with us.

She is extremely experienced and knew what to do at every turn, she is an aggressive negotiator and that paired with her knowledge made her a great choice. She also has great contacts for home related things which came in handy, everyone who she recommended was professional and friendly.

I told her we wanted to be aggressive with a home we loved and she had the deal done in under 2 hours. She knew exactly what to keep and take out of the offer to make us appealing to the seller since it was a sellers market at the time, homes in our range were getting multiple offers a day so we put together a solid offer and sent it over right away.

and we are very happy with the transaction! She listened to us and gave us great tips and advice, we had an offer over within 20 minutes of viewing a home and it was accepted once the seller had a chance to view his phone. The offer was great and had a sellers credit negotiated in that helped us a lot, both parties were happy.

Lastly, she made the day of move in more special. She really does go above and beyond for her clients.

We have only positive things to say about Carolyn, my family was so impressed with her service they all switched realtors to work with her. No matter how busy she is she will always answer any question and be there for you.
