I met Carolyn Boyd in 2012 while looking for my first home in Montgomery County. As soon as I walked in the house and saw Carolyn, I knew that was the house for me. Prior to meeting Carolyn I had worked with 2 other real estate agents and the experience was beyond awful. I was skeptical to work with another agent but I had a gut feeling Carolyn was the right person to work with. The process of buying the home was fast and stress free thanks to Carolyn.
In 2016, I decided to list the property for rent. I contacted Carolyn to help me with the process. I was nervous because the community typically only has home owners living there and not renters. I thought it would take months to find someone to rent the house. Carolyn had tenants for me in less than 2 weeks! She not only pulled this off in such a short amount of time but she found amazing tenants. She definitely has an eye for quality. In 2017, a year after renting I thought about selling the house and asked Carolyn for an estimated seller’s net sheet. Carolyn sent it to me the same day. I decided at that point it wasn’t the right time to sell. Carolyn didn’t try to convince me or pressure me into selling.
In September of this year 2021, the same tenants Carolyn found for me in 2016 were now ready to buy their own home. So I called Carolyn and told her I wanted to list the house for sale. I was very nervous about this decision. However, I knew Carolyn would make the process run fast and smoothly. I sold my first home for top dollar with the help of the most patient, dependable, charismatic, genuine real estate agent in the State of Pennsylvania! I’m very happy and extremely satisfied with Carolyn’s ability to deliver results. She is my go to person for any real estate related transaction or question. If this is not a clear indication of how amazing she is, I don’t know what it is. Stop wasting time looking for an agent and contact Carolyn Boyd! You will not regret it. I assure you she is not pushy like other agents and gets everything done fast and effectively.
