My husband and I met Carolyn just attending open houses, for we were not exactly sure what kind of house we wanted for our future purchase. Carolyn quickly took us under her wing and showed us houses with all different kinds of layouts and design until she helped us narrow our wants and needs down to an area and lifestyle. That kind of commitment takes dedication and passion! That is the kind of realtor she is! She was very detailed oriented, very very quick to respond, even down to making sure we knew what to think about and ask for in the closing position. Carolyn also has a degree in Interior Design and has extensive experience in design, furniture and space placement and helped us with design ideas for some small refurbishment projects for our new home.
She did such a great job finding us our dream home that we asked her to list our house as soon as we bought the new one. She was able to get us over asking price and exceeded all our expectations as being our “One Stop Shopping” real estate agent. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Call Carolyn Ramey! We've relocated around the U.S. three times over the past five years and bought and sold homes each time. Carolyn is, hands-down one of the best realtors we've worked with. She was recommended to us by a trusted colleague, and we could not have asked for a better realtor to help us make the move from the midwest to the south...and during a pandemic to boot! Carolyn showed us homes in person, via Facetime, and via video tours. She was constantly available for questions, advice, guidance, and key contacts in the repair, lending, and home improvement industries.
