Carolyn is definitely someone you want on your team in such a cut throat market! She worked diligently and tirelessly to help us secure a home. She took us on several last minute showings and put in several offers within hours of seeing homes. Carolyn also spends countless hours networking which benefits her clients in many ways. For example, if she wasn’t immediately available, she had good enough relationships with others that were able to get us in to see homes. She is knowledgeable not only about buying and selling homes, but more specifically, about what is a good investment and what to look for in a home as you do a walk through. She shared all of her knowledge in an objective and non biased way. You will not be disappointed working with Carolyn, but more importantly you will absolutely satisfy your real estate needs!

Mom and I needed a real estate agent to sell our family home. Contacted Carolyn Thompson, who had helped my daughter find an affordable place for her. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. She staged the house and was able to give it a more modern appeal then it original 1950s flare. House sold within a month on the market. It was a great experience. Her positive, energetic, and helpful attitude was very refreshing. Thank you so much for all you have done for me and my family. My experience living at 311 Reynold Ave is very precious! The landlord is the best one I have ever met. I just tell the truth because it is truth!

In terms of the interior design of the unit, it is beautifully designed. The wall is light grey with a couple of decorative flowral paintings. The window is large and through it you see the lovely squirrels, beautiful trees and large lawn outside. The furniture including dining table, sofa, sofa table, end table is new and very well made. The mattress is in a good quality. It makes no sound and very comfortable.Various household things suggest the landlord is very considerate! For example, microwave oven, coffee machines, plates, bowls, towls, baking tools and even gloves!

The outside environment is peaceful and quiet. In front of the building, there is large lawn. You seldom see people there. Probably the tenants are busy with their work.

Most importantly, the landlord the best one I have ever met. When my baby was sick. I was so worried. My landlord immediately sent my baby to the hospital. A couple of months later, my baby fell on the floor and hurt himself. My landlord sent us to the hospital without hesitation. Each time she accompanied us in the whole process.

Carolyn was referred to me by my attorney who believes she walks on water. It did not take long for me to realize what a wonderful person she is, how generous in her opinion of others, her dedication to her work and her willingness to get involved in whatever needs to get done, regardless whether it has to do with real estate or not. Many people fall in love with her because of her very sensitive nature about people in general. How wonderful to be cared for by such a real estate broker.
