About Carolyn

Carolyn Warner is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah but she was been raised in New Jersey since she was 3 years old. Carolyn has lived as north as Mercer County and she now currently lives in Salem County, on her dream property.
Work has always been important to her, so at 16 years old, she began a career in the medical field and worked full time until she had her first child in 2004. Carolyn states “I wanted to get back to work but I needed a career that was somewhat flexible. Real estate had always intrigued me; so in 2016, I attended real estate classes, became a sales agent and quickly hit the ground running!”

Soon, her husband and her started purchasing homes to flip and began working with many investors. Their passion is to take a previously loved and cherished home and bring it back to life for another generation of families. Carolyn is very passionate about finding buyers their forever home that they will build many memories in and grow with their family!

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, travel and taking care of her animals. “I just love being outside and with my family! We have purchased a new property and I am very excited to add some new animals in the future”. Carolyn is also very devoted to her faith, as it is important to herself and her family.
