Carolyn Wheeler

My name is Carolyn N. Wheeler and she's with The Wheeler Group of Bluegrass Sotheby's International Realty. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master's Degree in Biological Science but her involvement with homes started very early in life because of her family. Carolyn's mother, father, and all of her brothers are builders and developers. Growing up in the business and building a few homes with her family gave her the foundation and knowledge which launched her career in real estate. She has sold real estate for 38 years in Central Kentucky and she specializes in relocation, new home construction and farms. During the past 5 years, she has continued to specialize in new construction and she has designed and built her own home along with 2 other spec houses. Working as a Specialist in new home construction of executive and estate homes from the ground up, marketing a number of Central Kentucky's finest Builders and knowledge of available land and home sites has made her one of the top agents in new construction sales. Carolyn's knowledge of farms originated with her passion for riding and ownership of horses as a child.
