Hi Caron,

Wanted to reach out to you when I saw your mail and thank you again for your support when we were house hunting in NH.

Due to Covid we’re back in Sweden, it became difficult to move your family to a place without any network during a lock down. I was in Salem for about 18 months. Loved my work and made some significant progress. However, at the end of the day, it’s your family that’s most important and I’m glad we’re now united since about a year.

You are a true humanitarian and your help to me and my family beyond just being a real estate agent was heartwarming and made a great impression on us all. We wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors!

Caron did a fantastic job with the listing and selling of my luxury condo. She did an analysis of the market value and was quite aware of the new construction and activity in my area. This resulted in maximizing the value of my unit. She handled the buyer in a professional manner and the whole process went quite smoothly. This was our first home. We were very nervous. Spoke to a few real estate agents just by looking at listings. Even went and saw a few. Then we met caron. She explained how the process begins which was a first. Seemed very concerned about our protection. (I was spitting out our finances which you shouldn't do until you sign with your agent). She explained how it works and told us to research agents first.which we did. Her record is awesome and now I know why. Start to finish she was interested in our needs and confident in the outcome. We are now in the "perfect" house. Even negotiated a rough spot toward the end to make us a bit more comfortable. We couldn't be happier. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
Been 5 years now and still the best move we could have made! Caron will treat you right :)
