Throughout her 30 years with the company, she has been a real estate agent, broker’s assistant, listing coordinator, auction coordinator, and advertising coordinator. She still holds her real estate license.

When she isn't at work, Carren enjoys flower gardening, taking nature walks, bowling, fishing, reading and spending weekends at Pelican Lake. She and her husband, Randy, have two married children and four grandchildren.
