Carrie Bantel

A sales associate with the Winter Park office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Carrie Bantel has spent over two decades servicing residential buyers, sellers and investors in Central Florida as a real estate professional. With a reputation for being calm, optimistic, a good communicator and a skilled negotiator, Carrie truly cares about her customers. With a degree in interior design, Carrie elevates her services as a real estate professional to assist her customers with staging and interior design, before and after the sale. In Carrie, sellers have a trusted advisor to offer design tips, while buyers have someone after the sale to help in every facet of residential home design. She is fluent in understanding construction documents and space planning, while her proficiency in AutoCAD software enables her to draw floor plans and show different ideas of how a space can come alive.

Originally from Kansas, Carrie has called Florida home since she was a young child. She lives with her husband and son in Oviedo, where they enjoy exploring the great outdoors by glamping, scalloping and fishing in the Florida Keys and visiting the Sunshine State's beautiful beaches. Passionate about giving back to the community, Carrie and her family volunteered for the Feeding Children Everywhere project sponsored by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and she designed an award-winning chair for the International Interior Design Association's Chairs for Charities campaign to raise money for BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation.
