Carrie has been a consummate professional, diligent, PATIENT, a total blast to look at homes with and made it all an adventure. She has helped me sell, buy and I will be selling again soon. If not for Carrie, I probably wouldn't own the perfect house for me right now. She went above and beyond, working with me from all the way on the other side of the country as I worked to move away from my last duty station after retiring from the Marine Corps. Through more video tours than I can count and multiple times being outbid, I was almost ready to give up hope, but she kept searching, and eventually found me the perfect house for my needs in the perfect location, before it even hit the market. And even then, when last minute issues came up with the loan, she was able to find me an even better deal! She doesn't stop working for you even after you've closed the deal, either; immediately after closing, I needed to travel cross country due to some issues that came up during my move, and she kept working with me, fixing little issues I noticed with the house at no charge while I was away. I can't recommend her enough, and if you're buying a house in or around Huntsville, you should definitely look her up!

My spouse and I both told Carrie in the beginning of our home search that we didn't have clue as to what we were doing. Not only did Carrie walk us through every stage of our process but she did it flawlessly. There were times questions would pop up on our minds and no matter the time of day Carrie was there with an answer. We are truly grateful! We put our total trust in Carrie and she didn't disappoint. If I could give Carrie more than 5 stars, I would! She was an amazing real estate agent during our first time home buying experience in Huntsville, AL. She went above and beyond for us, even recording videos of homes for us to view since we were out of state. Carrie helped us strategize for the best investment, taking into consideration factors such as property location and financing options. She was always available to answer our many questions and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth closing process, even taking care of any issues that arose. As a veteran, working with another veteran who has your best interest in my mind is a blessing. She’s someone that does her due diligence, listens to your needs and provides a clear and decisive path on how to acquire the home of you and your families dreams. Carrie was incredible to work with! I was a challenge with a small budget to work with in a higher priced area. She was persistent, motivated, and at times even ruthless in protecting me during the negotiation and inspection process. We have cried, laughed, and cheered together -a few times! I would (will) absolutely work with her again, and recommend her to friends and family. She was my agent, now she's my good friend. 10/10!
