With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and property management, Carrie has built a reputation for excellence through personalized service, extensive industry knowledge, and a commitment to treating every property and client with care, attention, and integrity.

Known as a “go-to expert” for real estate professionals and investors, Carrie is a trusted leader and educator in Alaska’s property management community. She is also passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of property management professionals and takes great pride in helping members of her team grow into confident industry leaders.

Born and raised in Alaska, Carrie has deep roots in the community she serves. She is the proud mother of three adult children and grandmother of three.

Carrie’s commitment to service extends beyond her business. Since 2010, she has been an active volunteer with Alaskan Animal Rescue Friends (AARF), where she serves as Fundraising Coordinator and helps raise resources to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals throughout Alaska.

Through her leadership, mentorship, and community involvement, Carrie brings decades of experience, integrity, and a deeply personal approach to helping property owners protect and maximize their real estate investments.
