Carrie and Joell met with me to discuss the process. Answering every question I asked in detail ensuring me this would be a smooth process. They also assured me they would find me a buyer and brought me 3 offers within the first 10 days! I closed on January 27th and I am using them to find my new home! We met Carrie by happenstance. We had just moved to MA and started heading to open houses in the area. When we suddenly stopped on seeing a For Sale sign it was past the open house timings. But Carrie invited us in to take a look. That home/visit was unmemorable but we felt in our gut that Carrie would be the right person. We called her that very evening and decided to move forward with her.
From this point on until we got our dream home, Carrie was driven, determined and completely available to us every step of the way. With the crazy real estate market in Spring of 2021, we had to broaden our search radius resulting in more driving time to get to various houses. And Carrie was always available to obtain all the details, make appointments, accompany us...

When we finally fell upon our future home, Carrie advised us on point on how to offer and worked feverishly that evening and got our offer accepted.
