Carrie Ryan

A longtime Naples resident, Carrie developed her passion for real estate at a very young age. She grew up in Old Naples, attended local schools and graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in business marketing. With previous sales experience and a love of real estate, Carrie decided to make real estate her career. After several years of working in the Atlanta real estate market, she decided to return to her hometown of Naples to continue her career. She has a comprehensive understanding of the Naples residential, waterfront and condo markets as a REALTOR® and investor. Carrie brings a diverse range of experience and expertise to her clients, both buyers and sellers, along with a knowledge of the construction and development industry in Naples through family businesses.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with friends, family, and her golden retriever. Carrie is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS, Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Vice President of the Golisano Children's Museum STEAM Society and is a director of a charitable foundation.
