We had the pleasure of working with Carrol on our relocation to Denver. After meeting by chance at an open house we immediately knew we found our agent. Carrol has a calm, friendly, and confident demeanor that puts you at ease. She made herself readily available to look at properties even when they were out of the way. Her ability to not only listen to our needs but interpret them to make helpful suggestions was very much appreciated. Being from out of town, we also appreciated her knowledge about Denver and Colorado as a whole. Finally, she has a great communication style that was informative but not overwhelming or pushy. I would not change one thing about this process and I encourage anyone looking for an agent to reach out to her!
