I just bought my first condo and it was not an easy decision for me for multiple reasons including feeling rushed and uncertain of this life choice. Hence I needed a realtor who was going to be responsive above all else. I tried 3-4 others and I felt like I was just another of many many clients they had. I am sure Caryn also has several clients at once, but she made me feel heard and cared about in the way I needed!!

She is quite knowledgable of the JC/Hoboken area and the home buying process so I relied on her immensely to educate myself, navigate several difficult moments during my buying process and for honest feedback.

Caryn is well connected to other agents, lenders and vendors and trust me, this makes things go much smoother. I can't recommend her enough to everyone, especially jittery first time buyers :)

One night in late December I hit a few buttons on Zillow and 3 days later I was sitting in Caryn’s car touring 6 multi families in the Jersey City / Union City NJ area. She was great, super knowledgeable about the area. She was great about giving advice but also wants to understood your side of things. Will use her again and will definitely recommend her to friends.

Great broker. Multiple times I had inspectors and tradesmen inspecting /overlooking potential property - and after talking to Caryn they said “she really knows her stuff”.

She was definitely looking to find us the home we connect with. Was great at filtering the things we thought were good on paper but then would explain what’s really happening and sure enough she would be right.
I was a little bit skeptical of brokers, but not now and not her. I strongly recommend her and will use 💯 next time in buy a house in NJ.

Caryn Vitolo help and guide us on each step from finding property to the closing of the property.

When we initially go for seeing the property she explain the pros and cons of the property and also provides the comps to compare with other property.

Once we finalize the property she was there to help us in scheduling inspection, final walkthrough as well in working with seller's agent on negotiating on home inspection findings.

I would say it's great and pleasant experience working with Caryn.
