About Casey

A proud native New Orleanian and graduate of the University of Texas, Casey joined Corporate Reality in 2006. During his college years, he majored in corporate communication and worked at Premier HR, Tulane School of Business, Dickie Brennan’s Steak House, and Dorsey Investment Company. In the past three years, Casey has been active in tenant representation with both office and retail properties. One of Casey’s niches is tenant representation in the food industry, both restaurants and grocery stores, no coincidence because food is one of Casey’s passions. While at Corporate Realty, Casey has represented tenants such as Camellia Grill, Save-A-Lot Grocery, and Scottrade in their Louisiana expansions. Among the deals Casey has brokered are Piccadilly Cafeteria and Lenny’s Subs. Casey handles multiple projects for the New York based Feil Organization, which owns properties such as the Galleria, Lakeside Shopping Center, and Causeway Plaza. He handles leasing of two of the Feil Organization’s shopping centers in Louisiana: Delmont Village in Baton Rouge & Village Walk in Covington. He also handles leasing for the Resource Bank, a 45,000 square foot, Class “A” office building. As a licensed realtor in both Louisiana and Mississippi, Casey has become very familiar with real estate opportunities in the Southeast region and is currently working on deals in Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Biloxi, and Thibodaux. Casey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and is currently seeking CCIM designation. He serves on the Alumni Board of Isidore Newman School and is co-founder of the future Crawfish Cup, a unique social entrepreneurship project celebrating New Orleans’ rich culinary heritage.
