Casey Corn

Casey was born and raised in North Carolina. He attended UNC Wilmington (Go Seahawks!), and later went on to work as a mortgage loan originator in Charlotte. Through this experience he partnered in creating Coastline Capital Mortgage in Wilmington, establishing roots, and helping raise a family. Casey holds both mortgage and realtor licenses. Combining expertise and dual licensing allows him to provide clients with a unique real estate experience and comprehensive understanding of deal structures and a streamlined, stress-free process. He has a strong commitment to setting the highest standards for efficiency, communication, and professionalism. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his spouse Jamie, and two sons, Callan and Cooper. They stay active with swimming, biking, running, playing golf, and traveling as much as possible.
