Casey has been so professional and helpful with the purchase of a house in the suburbs of LA even though we live in Pittsburgh. We were getting the house for my sister in law. She has been an excellent communicator with all parties involved. Casey was also very patient with the whole process from beginning to end! She kept us up to date and also cautioned us when needed. Casey made the long distance experience a very good one!

Casey was great! Very professional, Great customer service, she always made herself available and I was very thankful for that. Casey listed my house and before the open house we already had multiple offers. I had listed my house the year before using another agent and it sat on the market for a year. All I can say is Thank you Casey!!! I would recommend her to any and all. Casey also helped me find my new house and the whole process went nice and smooth. Casey was an outstanding agent! My wife and I moved from Florida to California and rented a house until we could decide what to buy and where. Casey was extremely patient. We viewed over 100 houses over more than one year. We described to Casey what we wanted and went through so many houses. She counseled us greatly about neighborhoods and school districts, and was very supportive to wait until we found the house for us. We at one point found a good house, but then found mold. She was very supportive on our walking back away from that house and was not concerned about just selling us a house. She advised us to wait until we found a better house. We eventually found a great house and Casey worked very hard to get our offer accepted when there were multiple offers. She went to great lengths to protect our interests to close the deal. She was extremely professional in the closing details both financially and seller disclosures. We are demanding clients and she exceeding our expectations in every way. We did not know Casey when we started, and I cannot even tell you how we got connected. I am a senior executive and I would recommend her to my best friends or anyone else. And finally, Casey is a genuinely nice person, and easy to be around and work with. We were so comfortable working with her and we like her so much, we would only only work with her again.

I would highly recommend Casey Ferguson. She helped me through the whole process of buying my house. She helped me find a great house, and it met all my wants and needs. She also helped me find a loan officer and walked me through the process of buying the house, which helped relieve some stress. Casey always made herself available, whether it was looking for houses or calling back promptly whenever i had a question. She is very professional and a great realtor.
