Casey Price

Casey was born and raised on Rucker Hill in Everett. He studied Marketing at the University of Washington and worked in Sales/Marketing prior to starting at Windermere. He purchased his first home in 2004, has experience remodeling properties, building custom homes, and has acquired a portfolio of multi-family/investment rental properties.

Real estate has been Casey’s full-time job since he started with Windermere in 2007. He believes in maintaining an efficient and hard work ethic, excellence in everything he does, and applies those principles to each real estate transaction. Casey works hard to ensure each buyer or seller are thrilled with not only the results of their purchase or sale but also with the process, itself.

He & his wife, Melanie, have four active boys. Together, they spend their time hiking, biking, skiing, and playing basketball. One of Casey’s joys is volunteering through a few different organizations. Over the past 17 years, Casey has been a Young Life leader for High School students and serving on their committee. Most summers he volunteers at a Young Life camp in British Columbia called Malibu Club, helping kids have the best week of their life. Windermere also makes community involvement a priority through the Windermere Foundation and Community Service Days, which is just one more bonus to being part of such a wonderful company.
