Casey Stockdale

A friend once said, “People don’t care what you know, until they know you care!”, and Casey firmly believes this is true. As important as she believes her knowledge and years of experience are in clients choosing to work with her, she believes an even greater reason is her compassion and ability to care about our clients. She takes our motto, “Working and Caring for YOU, the whole deal through” seriously- and one of the greatest compliments clients give us is when they say, “It seems like you really CARED about what was BEST for US!” Her pledge from day 1 has been to honor each client/transaction as unique, understand what their needs are, and do her best to help them reach their goals. No matter how many transactions we’ve been involved with, the one right in front of us in this moment, is ‘one of a kind’. She loves helping people, and she has always enjoyed construction and the endless variety found in housing. After buying and selling a few homes herself, she wanted to help others with the process. So, in 2000 while still working as an RN, she got her license and planned to also work part time in Real Estate. Well, her Real Estate career TOOK OFF…so by 2002 she made the decision to retire from 28 years in OB/GYN Nursing to be a full-time Realtor. We live on a small ranch and riding her horse is #1 on her list! She enjoys various craft and landscape projects; fixing things on our ranch; caring for our animals (chickens, goats, horses, dogs and more); volunteering in the community such as distributing food to the homeless, Habitat for Humanity, serving as camera operator at our church. She has been honored to be a Top Producer in each company she has worked with, which since 2006 has been Long Realty! We’ve also been the #1 Realtors in sales in the community of Civano every year since 2004, having helped over 400 families buy/sell or build homes in Civano/Sierra Morado. We are honored to be Top Producers in our Long HSEV Office and be part of the Long Realty 1926 Circle of Excellence in recent years. Her favorite things about Tucson are The Mountains, washes, abundance of riding trails, the ability to be outside EVERY day (even though she might have to start at 4AM in the summer!); friendly people; relaxed lifestyle; outdoor music; Sabino Canyon; Desert Museum. Being outdoors is a FAVORITE – whether it’s hiking; riding her horse; sitting quietly taking in the amazing beauty of our world.
