I worked with Casidy Marquez for several months while searching for a home to rent. The process to locate and view a home that had all the criteria we needed was almost impossible UNITL I began working with Casidy. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and made what could be a very stressful and daunting process into an enjoyable experience. She was thorough, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. As soon as a home that matched our criteria came available, Casidy was notifying us to set up an appointment to view the property. There wasn’t a moment that she wasn’t on top of her game. She was honest, forthright and she was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. There was no doubt that Casidy genuinely cares about her clients and our wants and needs throughout the home searching process. Any home purchases or rentals in our future will absolutely be done through Casidy!

Casidy was essential in achieving my dream. She put so much effort and time in looking for the right home. I changed locations a couple times and she was very thorough with the details of the homes I was interested in, schools, ratings, commute, etc. She was always willing to meet and show prospective homes during my available times. She was not pushy or trying to make a quick sale. she was genuinely interested in satisfying my needs and fought for my interests. She directed me to the right lender and provided many other options. She stay on top of our communication even when I did not. She reminded of things I had to do and even after the sale, she has contacted me a couple of times to make sure I called the utility companies, simply just to check how everything is going, etc. I am truly delighted with Casidy and I will certainly make sure my friends and family seek her to buy their homes. I am already looking forward to my future endeavors with Casidy's assistance, professionalism, responsiveness and most of all, genuine interest in my satisfaction and meeting of my needs. If there was a five star rating, five stars wouldn't be enough. She went far beyond my expectations. Thank you Casidy and you have an eternal friend and customer with me.
