If you’re still looking for a realtor you can end your search here because Cassie will surely be your perfect match! I’ve been searching for a home since November of 2022 and I finally closed on my home in March of 2023. When I say I have bad luck I mean I REALLY have bad luck. The realtor I was working with before Cassie was a complete nightmare and due to my poor experiences with my past realtor I had almost given up hope on purchasing my forever home until Cassie came around. A fellow coworker of my partner had recommended her to me and even tho she was not from my area she still went above and beyond to make my dreams come true! She has showed me multiple homes in my area and I ended up purchasing my forever home an hour away from where she is typically located. If that doesn’t scream how loyal she is to her clients, I don’t know what will. She is very knowledgeable of market pricing and guided me on putting in appropriately priced offers on each of the homes I was interested in. I believe I got my home for a very fair price and it’s all thanks to her help. Cassie always answered my questions and concerns to the best of her ability and in a timely manner. If she didn’t know the answer to a question I had, she did her best to try to find someone who did. Hopefully I don’t need to purchase another home anytime soon, but if I do, I will surely be coming back to Cassie for her expertise. You should too!

Two things I loved the most about working with Cassie Bell, I truly believe she had my family’s best interest and wants in mind. Not only was she always quick to respond but she made her schedule work for mine! She honestly cares about her clients and I can confidently recommend her to anyone!
