Cassandra Hartford is the Janitor & CEO of Reach Commercial Real Estate, a brokerage that isn't stuck in the 90's. Since founding Reach Commercial in 2022, she has built a killer team of four brokers and six support staff, with the brand ranking #11 nationwide on social media and pulling in over 70 million views in 2024.

Beyond real estate, Cassandra is a mom, fiancé, stand-up comedian, and serial entrepreneur. She owns a comedy club, invests in a parking management company, and partners on real estate development deals. She serves as Chair of Melbourne Main Street, Vice Chair of Economic Vitality for the Board of Melbourne Main Street, and is an active Board Member of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce. She’s also a member of the Commercial Investment Council and Commercial Investment Roundtable.
