This was my first home buying experience and I doubt I could've found a more capable agent. She was very patient with all my newbie questions. When I asked her for specific info on a listing, she got the answers quickly. She was always available by text; quick to respond. That amazed me. When I was outbid on a property, she understood how devastating that was for me. It took me a long time to find a home. I think Cassandra was as engaged and professional and pleasant on day 180 as she was on day one. I have already recommended her to friends. I cannot imagine a better partner than Cassandra. She is confident, knowledgeable, and an amazing negotiator. She's a great person to work with, very warm and a good listener. And smart - really really smart. Whenever we've hit a snag in the process (going on our third purchase together) she knows who to call and what to say to get the project back on-track. When I needed a specialty inspector she knew who to call for a great rate, and she has introduced me to a new mortgage broker that has also worked out really well. Cassandra is a rock star. She spent hours working closely with me and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. She helped us sell our home, as well as find a beautiful new home. Cassandra is the best realtor you possibly can have both on the sellers side and buyers side. We have used her for both and she is fantastic. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and somehow makes you feel like you are her only client. I want Cassandra on my team every time I would need to close a deal she is extremely responsive and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. We had an extremely difficult foreclosure we bought with equally difficult financing and Cassandra and her team overcame every hurdle and tackled every challenge and we ended up closing the deal and moving into our fantastic house with a ton of equity.
