Cassandra went above and beyond in order to get to know us and what we were looking for. She remained engaged after we toured several houses and followed up with the sellers. She was available late into the evenings to accommodate our schedules and never put undo pressure on us. Ultimately, it was her persistence that got our application approved. A great, friendly realtor, 100% recommend.

Cassandra was hands down the best agent we worked with while trying to find a new home to rent in the NOVA area. She went above and beyond while keeping our spirits up in what is undoubtedly one of the most frustrating markets on the east coast. She would meet whenever we had time and would have 3 or 4 places lined up for tours on the same day so the comparisons were very easy. She found us a lovely place around the area that we were looking that easily checked all of our boxes! If I find any of my friends are looking to move in the area Cassandra will definitely be my first recommendation as an agent. Cassandra is a true professional. She goes above and beyond to help out clients looking for rentals in NCR. She responds promptly to all kinds of communication and she’s very easy to work with, especially when assisting military members. I recommend her 100%. I will be contacting her again for help once my new lease (which she helped me acquire) is over and I decide to buy a house in the Northern VA area.

Cassandra Williams was very quick in responding back to me after I had moved to the area. I was on a time crunch and overly stressed with just having moved and having to start work soon, so when she said she was ready when ever I was to stop by and take a look at the home I was ecstatic. After meeting in person it become very clear as well that she was on the same wave length as I was in why I wanted to look at the place in person, and was honest with me when I asked questions. I highly recommend Cassandra, and if I move to another location in this area I will absolutely use her services again.
