Cassaundra earned the prestigious International Sterling Society Designation in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 while working for Coldwell Banker in Pennsylvania. Now, settled in Myrtle Beach, she brings her expertise and passion to South Carolina.

Her journey in the industry began while working as an administrator and completing her degree in Business Management. During that time, she quickly recognized how little training many agents received and made it her mission to not only exceed expectations as a REALTOR® but also to support others in doing the same.

Cassaundra chose a career in real estate with the goal of helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with as little stress as possible. Relatable, honest, and always advocating in the best interest of her clients, she finds the most reward in guiding others toward success—whether that’s a family finding their dream home or an agent building their career.

Outside of work, Cassaundra enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places with her husband, Billy, and showering love on her fur babies.
