We have worked with Cat twice. First when we were moving to Florida from Louisiana. As a military family, we weren't able to come to Florida and look at houses. Cat was willing to do walk throughs on our behalf, send videos and pictures. And did all the work in Florida while we prepared for our move. Fast forward 2 years and we were ready to sell. Cat was the first call. She sent Daily new listings that met our criteria for us to consider, and did all the work for the sell of our home. Our house was under contract in less than 2 weeks. She also made it so that we closed early on out new home so there wasn't any time spent in hotels. Highly recommend.
