Catherine is an active parent volunteer at Pilgrim School and is the Secretary of the Building and Grounds Committee at First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. The B&G Committee oversees the $18 million construction of a regulation-size soccer field, underground parking structure and the redesign of new playgrounds for Pilgrim School.
Catherine gives a donation from each paid to the Alexandria, near downtown Los Angeles. The Alexandria House helps to transition single women and women with children from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Their program offers financial literacy, goal setting, childcare, healthcare, counseling, skill-building, and education. Over 80% of the women who have moved through the Alexandria House have succeeded in securing financial stability and permanent housing.
