She’s a knowledgeable, professional, and determined realtor. She’s not pushing you to buy but works tirelessly to get you exactly what you want in a home. It wasn’t easy to get a good home of our taste during this season but with her encouragement and not giving up attitude we finally found our dream home. She’s an amazing realtor, time conscious and trust worthy. I am glad she was introduced to me. She returns calls and follow up with things that has to be done in a respectful and polite manner. My experience with Cate Kuria at Express Realty was very informal and enjoyable throughout the entire home buying process. For a first time home buyer it can be very intimidating/overwhelming starting the home buying process, but with Cate, she walks you through everything that you need to know or are not knowledgeable about. she is very attentive to any questions that I had and even after purchasing the house she still answers and checks up on me. Overall I would recommend first time home buyers or anyone to Cate, because of how she handled my situation with professionalism and guided me through each and every single step towards becoming a home owner. Now if you don't mind I have a nice home to enjoy all thanks to Cate Kuria.

I had been searching for a home for 1yr when I finially landed Cate. I had went through 7 Realtors, 5 of whom said they couldn't help me unless I upped my budget (1 even suggested I get a 2nd job) or settled for a small yard or 45minute commute. Cate had faith in me. She looked everywhere (withing my drive limit) & showed me ones I found online. The 1 time she couldn't show me a place quickly, she arranged for the selling Realtor to show me. We went through the houses together and she pointed out both the good (investment) parts & the bad. She educated me & let me make the decision. I have already recommended her to 5 people who are looking for a new home. Thank you Cate for finding me & my pups a home. This review is the least I can do.

The whole experience with cate was very smooth she helped me to build my credit up to the level I would qualify, the process was very good and I was very happy with the outcome, from the first meeting it just took 6 months of building the credit and to be a home owner.
