Catherine Wheeler

Customer service is at the heart of Catherine Wheeler’s approach to real estate. Known for her exceptional attention to detail, Catherine has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, client-focused service across every field she has worked in.
She spent more than 15 years serving Northwest Ohio residents in the retail industry, where she honed strong customer service and communication skills before transitioning into real estate. Catherine further strengthened her industry knowledge through several years working in the escrow sector, giving her a deep understanding of the transaction process from start to finish.
A Toledo-area native, Catherine attended Lourdes College and Owens Community College. She earned her real estate license in 2021 and is now a vital member of the Elite Group, whose combined experience totals nearly 30 years. Catherine is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a Professional Property Stager, and a graduate of the Ninja Selling real estate program.
She is an active member of Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), the Ohio REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, and has earned recognition through the President’s Sales Club. Catherine is also part of The Danberry Company, a locally owned brokerage with more than 350 professionals providing customized, boutique-level service throughout the region.
Committed to giving back, Catherine actively participates in multiple nonprofit organizations across Northwest Ohio and supports the Danberry Treasure Chest, which has helped raise $1.4 million to assist families with critically ill children. She is dedicated to managing every detail of her clients’ real estate transactions with care, precision, and heart.
