In her previous role, Cathryn was with the National Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment advisory firms. Focused on shopping centers and single tenant net leased assets, Cathryn's role involved escrow management, analysis and developing new client relationships with high net worth private investors and institutional buyers.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Cathryn headed the Contract Administration and Escrow departments for two of the nation’s largest residential developers. In her capacity, Cathryn closed over 1,200 residential units and was involved in three condominium conversions and four new construction developments in Chicago, Florida and Las Vegas.
It is this wealth of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry that sets Cathryn apart. She brings a personal and value oriented approach to achieving her clients goals. A long time resident of Chicago and the Lakeview neighborhood, Cathryn is involved with the local chamber and with several national and local charities. Among them, St. Jude’s, Habitat for Humanity and House of the Good Shepard. Cathryn is also active with the local animal rescues including One Tail at a Time, Anti-Cruelty and several others that advocate for animal welfare issues.
Cathryn is a Masters graduate of Loyola University Chicago where she majored in Political Science with a minor in International Law. While in college, Cathryn interned as a paralegal in a downtown Chicago law firm specializing in White Collar Criminal Defense. While the law was ultimately not for her, she is eternally grateful for the internship that lead her to her calling in Real Estate, which remains her full passion.
