Cathy went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to helping us find our dream home! We had never been to Marco Island, so she made sure that we felt comfortable that this was the place for us by giving us the grand tour highlighting area restaurants, stores etc. Before we made our trip she listened and understood exactly what we were looking for so that she only sent us homes that would work for us. When we finally got to the Island, she probably showed us close to 30 homes and I always felt like she was by our side each step of the way. It certainly is difficult when you live in a different state from where you are buying a home but Cathy was there for every walk through and appointment and acted in our best interest since we werent there. She helped point out what we should be asking the home inspector and current owners and recommended items we should have done that we would never even have thought of such as getting a seawall and dock inspection. Cathy was always very quick to answer any email, text or phone call we had which was often about very trivial items! I know that I could call on her for any help or advice that I would need on the island..and that we made our first friend on Marco when we met Cathy. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful for all of her help! Thank you Cathy!!

When we started our search for our island home we had very specific details that we were looking for in a second home. Cathy was so helpful with finding exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget to find best deal for us! Cathy is very personable and easy to talk with, someone you can trust, great to work with. She goes the extra mile before and after the sale to make your purchase deal go very smoothly. I cannot say enough about Cathy. She listed my home because I had to move out west. She immediately told me that the outside curb appeal needed work. She knew I was on a budget and gave me a very inexpensive quote getting favors from her own contacts and set to work transforming the front of the house pulling dead bushes and replacing with new, planting flowers and trimming trees. She even moved over extra bushes from her own yard and shopped for inexpensive flowers!! She called me from Walmart to make sure it was okay that she replaced some door mats. I hesitated and she said they are $4.95 each! Because she stays on top of new rules and laws, she knew enough ahead of time that my house was below flood and the laws had recently changed so on her own she ordered insurance inspections and got insurance quotes so that the new buyer would not be surprised just before closing and potentially call off the sale. She made some other changes that added significant value to my house and subsequently I received a great offer. She was fantastic during negotiation. She went to the Appraisal and provided back-up to support the selling price. She attended all the inspections and actually caught one of the inspectors that stood to make money by selling his service exaggerating on his report. She immediately called him and reminded him of what he said to her during the inspection. He said, Oh, did I write that on the report? I will change it. !!! Her photography and descriptions in her listing by far surpasses other listings I read. She did open houses, she made sure the house looked good before each showing and she called the other Realtor before each showing to point out the positives. If you want a Realtor that will represent YOU and get you the most for your home and best of all, not bother you with all the little things and just get it done, Cathy is your Realtor! We started our search for a Naples property with a realtor who was not meeting our needs. We decided to make a change and found Cathy online. We retained her over the phone. She knew we were frustrated and she immediately assisted us and got us back on track. Being an out of state buyer, Cathy minimized our need to travel to Naples by going to properties and creating a video of the property. The videos were very helpful in narrowing our search. When we came to Naples, we only spent time looking at properties we had pre-screened on video. After showing us several units and answering many questions, we found the perfect place for us.
