Cathy Barclay, a native of Chattanooga, brings her enthusiasm to assist clients in the picturesque Chattanooga Valley and its neighboring regions. She is a proud alumna of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned her bachelor's degree, and she holds a Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University. Cathy has contributed her expertise by co-authoring three educational manuals and developing several teaching tools for educators.
