She helped us find and purchase our first home. She is very patient and helped us through every step of the process. She is well known in the business and has established a great rapport with other professionals in the business such as inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage professionals. Cathy and her team helped make the home purchasing process seamless. Cathy is a hard worker and we would not have the fabulous home that we do without her. She told us when we first met that she would treat us like one of her own and that is exactly what she did. She takes phone calls and e-mails at all hours of the day and is accommodating to any schedule. We were often the first people to view a home as it came on the market. When it came to negotiations we were in a multiple offer situation and Cathy wrote a beautiful letter to the sells on our behalf. I am convinced that is the reason we have our home. She walked us through every step of the closing possess and was there until the very end. Cathy is a great real estate agent and I would recommend her to anyone.
