Cathy was a consummate professional. Her accessibility and responsiveness was second to none. Relocating is a stressful process in and of itself, and her ability to quickly establish a positive working relationship with my wife and I was greatly appreciated. I cannot compliment Cathy enough. From start to finish she went above and beyond our expectations. By starting our initial call with the purpose of identifying what was important to us, we knew we had the right person. This is the 5th house we have purchased and I can say this was one of the best experiences due almost entirely to Cathy's contributions to the process.

Word of mouth with a network of other agents was important to us and having a coherent plan on how best to draw interest. Aesthetics was a big draw for the property, so professional photography and staging was critical. Cathy was fantastic in over communicating and showed great patience while talking us down when negotiations became contentious. She understood and worked hard on our timeline and provided tons of small details and support that we hadn't thought of but were crucial to the process.

Finding a house you like, agreeing on a price, and buying it isn't rocket science. But when you're investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into something you're buying from a perfect stranger, you need to know what's underneath that fresh coat of paint.

When I found the home wanted, I was shocked that Cathy didn't reach for the contract. Instead she went to work to ensure it was every bit the investment and match we HOPED we were getting. Cathy knew what to look for in every corner of the property, and what experts to hire for any areas of concern. Then Cathy presented us with a complete package of information so we could make an informed decision and make a fair, confident, substantiated offer. It was the first time I had an agent go to such lengths to be absolutely sure we were doing the right thing.

I ultimately sold that same house through Cathy too. She already knew the property, she could see all the investments we made, and we were able to set and receive our price with confidence. In both cases, data was well documented so buyer/seller negotiations were simple.

After the sale, we moved to Nashville, but based on our experience with Cathy, we understood what to look for and expect from an agent... and we got lucky again because we found Sean. Thank you, Cathy!
